The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, equipped with essentials like an iron and pressing board, although a bit noisy in the afternoon. The service was friendly overall, with standout staff members like Moursy and Eid at the reception. The location was excellent, being near Dubai downtown and the metro station. The dining options were satisfactory, with a variety to choose from. Overall, a good value for money stay with some noise concerns in the rooms.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. The location was fantastic with easy access to many attractions, although the service could have been more welcoming. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities were adequate for my needs.

Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The all-day food and service available at the club lounge were amazing, especially for handicapped persons. The room I stayed in on the 16th floor facing the main road had excellent darkening features, providing a comfortable stay.
